1. Our role

Tripobiz acts as a booking agent. Your flight is provided by the airline, and the airline's own conditions of carriage and fare rules apply to your trip. We help you find, book and manage flights, but we do not operate flights.

2. Fares and availability

Fares come from airlines and travel suppliers and can change until your booking is confirmed and ticketed. If a price changes before ticketing, we will tell you and ask for your approval before continuing. We never add charges you have not seen and agreed to.

3. Your booking

• Enter traveler names exactly as they appear on the passport or ID used for travel.
• Check dates, airports, times and traveler details before you pay.
• A booking is complete only when you receive confirmation with a booking reference and ticket number.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by a secure, PCI-compliant payment provider. The total shown before you pay includes the fare and any service fee. Your card statement may show separate charges from the airline and from us, as explained at checkout.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations follow the airline's fare rules and our Cancellation Policy. Airline penalties, fare differences and any service fee shown to you may apply.

6. Refunds

Refunds depend on the airline's fare rules and applicable law. See our Refund Policy.

7. Travel documents

You are responsible for having a valid passport, visas, health documents and anything else required for your trip, including for connections. Airlines may deny boarding without them.

8. Schedule changes

Airlines can change or cancel flights. When we are told of a change we will contact you and help with your options under the airline's policy.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, make speculative or fraudulent bookings, or try to access systems you are not authorized to use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Airticketfee LLC is not liable for acts or omissions of airlines or other suppliers, including delays, cancellations, injury or lost baggage. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, unless consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise.
