Refund Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
Whether a ticket can be refunded depends mostly on the fare you bought. This page explains how we handle refund requests.
1. Refundable and non-refundable fares
Each fare has rules set by the airline. Refundable fares can be refunded under those rules. Many low fares are non-refundable, though some may allow travel credit. The fare rules are shown before you pay.
2. Airline cancellations and major schedule changes
If the airline cancels your flight or significantly changes it and you choose not to travel, you may be entitled to a refund under the airline's policy and U.S. Department of Transportation rules. Contact us and we will help you request it.
3. How to request a refund
- Call or message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference.
- We confirm what the fare rules allow and any amounts that are not refundable.
- We submit the request to the airline once you approve.
4. Timing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the airline and your card issuer; we will tell you what to expect when we submit the request.
5. Service fees
Whether a service fee is refundable is shown at the time of booking. Where an airline cancellation entitles you to a refund, we follow applicable law.
