Cancellation Policy

You can ask us to cancel a booking at any time. What happens next depends on when you cancel and the airline's fare rules.

1. Cancelling soon after booking

For flights to or from the U.S., many bookings can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of purchase when the booking is made at least seven days before departure, depending on the airline's policy. Contact us straight away if you need to cancel.

2. Cancelling later

After that window, the airline's fare rules decide whether you receive a refund, travel credit or nothing back. Airline penalties and any service fee shown at booking may apply.

3. How to cancel

  • Call or WhatsApp us with your booking reference and the travelers' names.
  • We will explain the outcome under your fare before cancelling.
  • You receive written confirmation once the cancellation is done.

4. No-shows

If you do not take a flight without cancelling first, the airline may cancel the rest of your itinerary, including return flights, and the ticket may lose its value.
